Enameling Dies from KIWI® Wire Die provide high optimum wire quality and surface finish for your Copper/Aluminum/CCA Enameling wire application.

The enameling dies from KIWI® Wire Die are produced according to your figures with polycrystalline diamond (PCD) blank inserts and tungsten carbide (TC) nib inserts which are suitable for copper, aluminum and CCA wire enameling.

There are two kinds of enameling machines, horizontal type and vertical type. Our enameling dies can assure the die to enjoy perfect profile and anti-leakage, hence uniform coating, smooth and continuous flow of enamel on the wire, longer service life, as well as high insulation performance.

Polycrystalline diamond: 0.060 – 0.600mm (.00236 - .02362 inches)
